PAUL QUICK II
Principal
Experience
Paul
Quick II joined Capstone Quadrangle in 1998, bringing expertise in
project management, budget development and business planning. He
has 20 years of real estate development experience in healthcare,
telecommunication/data facilities, office, parking and strategic
repositioning projects, and has recently developed over 160,000
square feet of ambulatory care and medical offices. Prior to
joining Capstone Quadrangle, Paul was a real estate executive at
Ameritech - SBC, responsible for strategy and annual $15 million
investments for the office space portion of a 50 million square
foot corporate portfolio.
With
knowledge of building design, construction and finance, coupled
with years of client experience, Paul has developed a broad range
of successful and diverse projects. His ability to listen, and
then interpret the client’s needs, has led to satisfied clients
and repeat work. Paul also has experience in asset management,
and an understanding of the business decisions related to real
estate investments developed from the owner’s perspective.
Paul is a resident of
Brookfield, Wisconsin, where he has actively served in municipal
affairs in various volunteer capacities over the past several
years. He also serves as a Board Member, and recently
President, of Guest House of Milwaukee, a homeless shelter and
support system in Milwaukee.
