MICHAEL A. FABER

Experience

Michael Faber is the founding principal of Capstone Quadrangle, which focuses on the creation of office, outpatient healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use environments.  He has more than 20 years of commercial development experience, with primary expertise in the areas of deal structuring, approvals, project finance, product planning, asset management, and leasing.  Mike has developed more than 1.6 million square feet of economically and critically successful projects, and has negotiated and documented over 250 commercial lease transactions. 

Active in strategic and financial analysis, zoning, project financing, and leasing, Mike is increasingly recognized by Milwaukee’s brokerage firms as a developer with integrity, noted for attention to detail and bringing balance to the transactions he is involved in.  His cutting-edge business education and architectural background have combined to give his developments a solid economic foundation with a focus on quality aesthetics and thoughtful planning.  He has been a longtime advocate of a balanced approach to consideration of the environment. 

Mike is a resident of Brookfield, Wisconsin, and serves the local community through his involvement as a citizen member of the Plan Commission, where he has taken a leadership role in pushing for increased quality.
