Experience

Christopher Noon is the founding principal of Quadrangle Development Company.  Quadrangle is active in the analysis, product planning, zoning, construction, operation, leasing and financing of office and industrial parks and buildings.  Founded in 1988, the company now has offices and projects in the Chicago, San Francisco, Milwaukee, Kansas City, and Indianapolis metropolitan areas.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate project finance, development and leasing, Chris has been responsible for over 800 acres of office/industrial business park development, 2.5 million square feet of speculative office buildings, and 1.3 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial buildings.  All projects have been designed with the idea of providing more value, affordably, through careful product planning and design.  In addition to a focus on office and industrial projects, Quadrangle has become increasingly active in medical-related projects.

Chris lives in suburban Chicago (Highland Park, Illinois).  He is a trustee of the Ravinia Festival, an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity, and a participant in many youth sports activities and organizations.
