Capstone Quadrangle is a commercial real estate development firm based just 18 miles west of Milwaukee. We are a developer of quality suburban office parks, business parks and industrial facilities with partners in Chicago, Kansas City and San Francisco.

Here at Capstone Quadrangle, we take pride in our commercial real estate development record in the Midwest.  Since our founding over a dozen years ago in Milwaukee, we have worked extensively throughout the region earning a reputation in commercial real estate development, specializing in office, outpatient medical and industrial projects. Since 1995, we havedeveloped around $250 million in new building construction, tenant improvements and land development. We know what we’re doing, in other words. You might say it’s because our projects are written in stone. And we listen to what you say, if you’re one of our clients.

Maybe that’s one of the reasons our clients keep coming back. We’ve built our business as solidly as we build our projects: much of our work, in fact, comes from repeat customers. We’re proud of that record.

These real estate projects we have developed aren’t castles in the air (although naturally we understand the importance of aesthetics, since form, as any good designer knows, follows function). Capstone Quadrangle takes responsibility for all aspects of development, including:  Market analysis, Site Selection, and Land Development; Financial Analysis and Pro Forma Creation; Portfolio Analysis and Management;  Municipal or Covenant Approvals; Financing; and Construction Management Supervision.

The stakes are high in the business of commercial real estate development, and, quite honestly, we can’t afford anything but success. And neither can you.

We understand our clients want to look good – and we do too. It’s important to us what our clients say: and since most of our clients give us repeat business, we think that says a lot.

We develop projects, on our own account and with our investors, to capitalize on market opportunities. Half of the firm's efforts are entrepreneurial: we uncover an opportunity, determine its viability, raise the capital, construct the building, and match it with tenants. Our capital sources include private individuals as well as institutional investors. We are also retained on a fee basis by clients who ask us to handle the development of their high-quality buildings.

We are known for strong product planning skills, and balancing quality with value. Our integrity, savvy business instincts, and attention to detail have gained us the trust of our clients, investors and lenders.
